Assist Call Kits
The “Assist Call” system is designed to provide a fully compliant and scalable solution to building owners with many unique benefits, including clear indication, acoustic and visual feedback and high quality stainless steel finishes to blend into all locations. Where the toilet is in a remote non staffed area, an acknowledge function is required from a permanently staffed area to reassure the caller help is on the way, provided by the 1 zone controller.

ViAC-STK – Assist Call Standard Kit, Comprises of 1x PSU (Over-Door), 1x Cancel Plate, 1x Pull Cord and 1x (WC Sticker. Brushed Stainless Steel Plates with Blue Halo Indication.
ViAC-RTK – Assist Call Remote Kit, Comprises of 1x 1 Zone Controller PSU with Accept, 1x Over-Door Plate, 1x Cancel Plate, 1 x Pull Cord and 1 x WC Sticker. Brushed Stainless Steel Plates with Blue Halo Indication.
Assist Call Expansion Kits:
ViAC-ACA – Lexicomm Assist Call Alarm WC System, Comprises of Over-Door Plate, Cancel Plate and Pull Cord
ViAC-ACB – Assist Call Accessible Bedroom Zone Kit, Comprises of 1x Over-Door Plate, 2 x Cancel Plate, 3x Pull Cord and 1x WC Sticker. Brushed Stainless Steel Plates with Blue Halo Indication.
